VADER To Record New EP In July

January 20, 2005

Polish death metallers VADER will enter Hertz Studio in Bialystok in early July to record a brand new mini-CD under the working title of "The Art of War".

The CD will be produced by the Wieslawscy brothers and will contain "three extremely intense and fast cuts and one song in the vein of the band's typical style," according to a posting on the group's web site. "The Art of War" will also contain a special bonus video clip for the title track. "It's going to be something really new, unconventional and powerful, expect the unexpectable (the production itself has taken almost 5 months)!" reads a posting on the band's web site.

In other news, VADER fulfilled their contractual obligations to Metal Blade Records with the release of their most recent effort, "The Beast" (2004),and are currently negotiating with several labels about a new deal. An announcement regarding the group's new label home will be made soon.
